This bouquet includes Coreopsis, Eryngium, Cosmos, Zinnias, Achillea, Helenium, and Nasturtiums with wild Grape and Sugar Maple leaves - all of which grow in my garden. Throughout the growing season, I maintain a floral arrangement on the kitchen table - a custom our Mother initiated when she was alive. Their beauty provides a daily dose of hope. Painting them from photos, or directly from the fresh flowers, brings me such joy. It is my hope that my paintings engender joy in their viewers.
